Our store at DFO MOORABBIN is seeking an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, who is an inspirational leader, can drive team engagement and deliver amazing customer experiences to their clients.
To be successful in this role, you will be vibrant, driven and passionate about selling quality products. You will thrive being involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of your store, and get a buzz from delivering business KPIs. You will be looking for personal development, to become our next Store Manager, and believe that your team's success, is your success.
A knowledge of footwear is not essential to win this role, but would be a definite advantage. Experience in Retail Management is not essential, but experience in a 3IC or Keyholder role would be viewed favourably, and a vibrant personality will be key to success in this role!
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who loves retail, developing their team and representing the Florsheim brand.

This role is FULL TIME based on a Sunday - Thursday roster. Salary on offer includes Base + Super + Monthly Commissions. Additional benefits for the successful candidate to enjoy is a generous company product discount for both Personal and Family use.
