Location: DFO Moorabbin, Melbourne 

Position: Casual Staff (2 Positions Available)

About Us: We are a busy Tatts Lotto kiosk that also offers a range of mobile accessories, cigarettes, and other items. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a friendly, efficient environment for our customers. We are currently looking for two enthusiastic and reliable casual staff members to join our team.

Job Description: We are seeking two enthusiastic, reliable, and diligent individuals to join our team as casual staff members. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in running a Tatts Lotto outlet and/or experience in mobile phone repair and accessories sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with Tatts Lotto purchases and inquiries.
• Sell and provide information about mobile accessories.
• Handle cigarette sales and other items in the kiosk.
• Perform basic mobile repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.

Requirements:

• Prior experience running a Tatts Lotto outlet is highly desired.
• Experience in mobile repair and selling mobile accessories is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Diligent, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
